From Berkeley: Take Highway 24 east through the Caldecott Tunnel. Proceed on Highway 24 to Highway 680 and take I-680 N via the exit on the left toward Concord/Sacramento. Take the Treat Blvd. exit toward Geary Road. Keep right at the fork to go on Treat Blvd. End at 3165 Treat Blvd. |

Take exit and turn left onto Crow Canyon Blvd. (heading east). Go 0.8 miles to Alcosta Blvd. and turn right onto Alcosta Blvd. Go 0.6 miles, gym is on the right. |

From Berkeley: Take Highway 24 east through the Caldecott Tunnel. Proceed east past Orinda and take Pleasant Hill Road exit which is the last exit for Lafayette. Take the Pleasant Hill exit towards Pleasant Hill Road South 0.4 miles. Turn right on Pleasant Hill Road-go 0.6 miles. Turn left on Olympic Blvd.- go 0.8 miles. Turn right on Tice Valley Blvd.go 0.8 miles. Cross intersection at Rossmoor Parkway and take for first driveway to the right into Tice Valley Park parking lot. The gym is the large building right next to the park with the Jewish Community Center on the far side. (If you follow the signs to Rossmoor from the freeway, the Gym is just past the intersection of Rossmoor Parkway and Tice Valley Blvd.) |
