To all Basketball Families & Members:

We are proud to announce that the Ohtani Basketball program will sponsor its annual basketball tournament on Sunday, February 24, 2008, for the E and D Divisions.

This will be our major fundraising event of the year and an undertaking of this magnitude will require the help and support of all the families in the organization. One of the keys to the success of our fundraising efforts will be everyone’s assistance with the solicitation of program and website ads (and donations) from potential advertisers and supporters. Each family WILL BE REQUIRED to submit a MINIMUM OF $75 in program ads (and/or donations) as well as fulfill their assigned work responsibilities before and during the tournament.

Ad forms must be completed for all ads (and donations) that are placed for the tournament program and on the website.

Print ads must be camera ready and true to size. The deadline for ads this year is January 31, 2007. All completed forms, ads, and payment should be submitted to Sandi Le, 4210 Irene Dr., Vallejo, CA 94591. Or ads may be e-mailed directly to ohtanijam@gmail.com.
