Tournament Program Ads

Families are required to sell advertising space in the tournament program. The due date for ad submission and payment is Saturday, February 6, 2010. Ad copy should be sent to the Ohtanijam gmail address while payments should be sent to Margaret Wolfe in El Cerrito.

Ads can be submitted 3 ways:

1) Via Email. B/W ad(s) in digital format can be emailed to ohtanijam@gmail.com. Please check “new ad” and note that “ad was sent via email” under special instructions. Payment and completed form should be mailed as instructed below.
2) Via US Mail. Include hard copy of ad (ie. quality b/w print of ad or actual business card) with payment and completed form. Please check “new ad”.
3) Re-use 2009 ad materials. If you’d like to use an ad from last year’s program, please indicate above by checking “use ‘09 ad”.
Payment and completed form should be mailed as instructed below. Please send completed form, payment and ad hardcopy (if it’s not submitted electronically) to Margaret Wolfe.

Deadline: All materials and payment must be received by Saturday, February 6, 2010.
